Black sea blue mussel salad


  • 2 kg blacksea blue mussels
  • 3 pieces sping onions or 1 large regular onion
  • lemon
  • olive oil

Directions: Put the pre-washed blacksea blue mussels in 1 liter boiling salted water. Boil the clams for around 5 minutes until their shells open up. Throw away the water and wait for the mussels to cool down. Remove the shells from the muscle and put the muscle on a separate plate. Prepare a dressing with salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Cut the onion. Pour the dressing on top of the clam muscles and make a lovely presentation with the onions. The salad can be consumed hot or cold. Feel free to add extra garlic to taste.
