Products:
- Blue mussels 800 gr.
- White wine 200 ml.
- Water 200 ml.
- Butter 50 gr.
- Garlic 3-4 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Lovage 1 bunch
- Lemon
- Sea salt
Add in a big pot successively: the water, the white wine, the pre-washed black sea blue mussels, the butter, the pressed/finely cut garlic, the finely cut stems of the parsley and the lovage and about two tbsp. sea salt. Put the lid on the pot and let it sit on the hot stove for around 5-10 minutes (until the mussels shells open up), add the chopped parsley and lovage leaves, then you should put on some heat protecting gloves and carefully shake the pot in a swirling motion, let the pot sit aside for about 10 minutes so that the mussels can absorb the aroma from the herbs. Serve the dish hot with a wedge of lemon and a glass of white wine.
