- fresh black sea white clams Tellina 600 – 800 г
- cooking cream
- garlic to taste (according to the quantity of the clams)
- fresh parsley
- white wine
Directions: Pre-wash the clams with a pinch of sea salt. Cut into small peaces or press the garlic. Fry the garlic in a frying pan with around 1 tbsp. olive oil and add ~200 g white wine. When the water comes to a boil, add in the cream and stir. Add the clams and boiled them until they open up their shells for around 5-10 min. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Serve with fresh parsley on top. Bon Appétit!
